We hope you absolutely love everything you purchase from us. However, if you need to return we are more than happy to assist you.
Returns: Return-Eligible items must be returned within 7 days of receiving them. You will receive a store credit for all returned items. In order to keep our prices affordable, the buyer must pay return shipping. Upon receipt, we will inspect the items to ensure they are in perfect condition. Items must still have all tags in place, be free of makeup, perfume, and deodorant. If we receive items that are not in perfect condition, your return will be rejected, you will not receive a refund, and you must pay return shipping back to you.
If you exceed 3 returns per month there will be a 15% restocking fee.
Sale items, items purchased at a 20% or more discount, accessories, and bralettes are not eligible for return or exchange. Items included in mystery bags/boxes are not eligible for returns. No exceptions.
Mistakes happen, and if we happen to send you the wrong size or item please notify us immediately and we will make it right.
Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item let us know as soon as possible. Some items sell out very quickly and we cannot guarantee an exchange for the same item. We will try our very best to accommodate your requests.
